Basic - General dusting and wiping of surfaces, countertops, sinks, outside of appliances, toilets, showers/tubs, floors, etc.. (Starting at $180)
Standard - Deep dusting and wiping of surfaces including items on top, countertops, sinks, cabinet fronts, outdside of appliances, toilets, showers/tubs, spot washing walls, baseboards, doors, floors including underneath furniture, etc.. (Starting at $225)
Premium - Deep dusting and wiping of surfaces including items on top and fronts/sides of furniture, countertops, sinks, cabinet fronts, backsplash, inside & out of appliances, toilets, showers/tubs, walls, baseboards, doors, windowsfloors including underneath furniture, etc.. (Starting at $315)

How Cluttered is your Home?

Minimal Clutter - The space is clean and organized with few items out of place. There is light everyday use but no major accumulation of things.
Moderate Clutter: Items are visible but not overwhelming. There may be a few piles or areas but the home is still functional and relatively tidy.
Heavy Clutter: Items are accumulating in multiple areas, making the space feel congested. There are visible piles, and surfaces may be partially covered with things.
Severe Clutter: The home is significantly overstuffed, with items taking up much of the available space. Many areas are difficult to navigate, and there are piles of belongings throughout, making cleaning or organizing a major task.

POLICY AGREEMENT (Please Read Fully)
*
Deposit Policy: A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit confirms your appointment, and the remaining balance is due upon completion of the service. All deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice without rebooking will result in a forfeit of the deposit.
No Violence Policy: We do not tolerate verbal or physical abuse. Any violence toward staff will result in the clean ending, and the client will be responsible for paying for however many hours of work have been completed.
Termination Policy: When booking reoccurring cleans we do require atleast 15 days notice of termination. If cancelling within less than this timeframe any cleans booked within the timeframe will still need to be completed or there will be a 50% cancellation fee.
Hazardous Substances Policy: If there has been any illegal substance use and/or smoking done in the house we need to be made aware of this before the cleaning appointment so that the proper safety precautions can be taken. Failure to provide this information can result in a cancellation or postponing of the cleaning.
Lock-Out Policy: If we arrive and are locked out or cannot access the house there will be a lock-out fee of 50% of the price of the cleaning if we do not hear from the client to make an arrangement.
Time Limits: If a client requests only a certain amount of time for the clean a walkthrough will be required before the initial clean to ensure that it is a doable time limit.
Pet Policy: Animals can be left out unless your animals are prone to aggression then we ask if you can please have them locked away for the duration of the clean.
Door Policy: If any doors are closed we will not enter the room so please be sure any rooms you would like cleaned are open and any rooms you do not want to be cleaned are closed unless you have communicated otherwise with us.
Late Fee Policy: If a client fails to make the payment for the cleaning on the due date there will be a late fee of $10 per day after the due date until the payment is made.
Arrival Time Policy: Our hours of operation are from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. We are unable to guarantee an exact arrival time as time can vary. However, we can provide you with a 1-2 hour window of our estimated arrival time.
