POLICY AGREEMENT (Please Read Fully) *

Deposit Policy: A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit confirms your appointment, and the remaining balance is due upon completion of the service. All deposits are non-refundable. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice without rebooking will result in a forfeit of the deposit. Water Access Policy: Client must ensure outdoor water access is available and turned on. Exclusion Policy: If there is any damaged material (Ex. broken windows, cracked siding, etc..) we will not wash that area to avoid any further damage. No Violence Policy: We do not tolerate verbal or physical abuse. Any violence toward staff will result in the clean ending, and the client will be responsible for paying for however many hours of work have been completed. Late Fee Policy: If a client fails to make the payment for the cleaning on the due date there will be a late fee of $10 per day after the due date until the payment is made.
